Typically 4 weeks for Strawberries & then 3 Weeks for Raspberries

Education:No degree, certificate or diploma
Weight Handling:Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Work Site Environment:Outdoors; Wet/damp; Hot/Dusty conditions
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; Handling heavy loads; Ability to distinguish between colours; Bending, crouching, kneeling
Employee must have own or reliable transportation to and from work
Be available a minimum of 6 days per week, 40 hours per week
Job entails early mornings or late nights, wet to very hot and dusty conditions, 7 days a week
Employee must work well under times of minimal supervision
Personal Suitability:Flexibility; Team player; Reliability

Job Description:
Harvesting, packing and grading of strawberries and raspberries; Meeting specific guidelines as to quality, quantity and size as to company standards.
Wages:
Salary: $0.6 per quart box for Strawberries or $8 per flat of 12 boxes
Benefits:
Weekly performance bonus (details on bonus yet to be finalized)
