Positions:
Prodution Supervisor/Cut Floor
Duration:
Permanent fulltime
Required Skills:
•Lead and communicate effectively with employees
•Have a strong understanding of quality and food safety and ensure that all quality and food safety procedures are followed at all times
•Follow up on corrective actions as required
•Ensure CCP’s are being monitored and are in compliance
•Ensure the production schedule is followed
•Troubleshoot production issues as required
•Manage weekly schedule
•Approve weekly timecards for payroll
Requirements & Qualifications:
•Previous manufacturing/production experience; preferably beef industry
•3 - 5 years supervisory experience
•Proven initiative and leadership skills
•Computer skills including software such as Excel or word considered an asset
•Strong communication, time management, organization and team building skills
