Required Skills:
Must have valid driver’s license; Class 3a
Ability to lift up to 55lbs (25kgs);
Availability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends;
Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment;
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions;
High degree of attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task;
Mechanical aptitude and previous experience working in farm operations would be considered an asset.
Key responsibilities:
Primary responsibility will be driving truck
May be required to perform additional tasks such as equipment operation and grading/harvesting potatoes.
All other duties as assigned.

Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Farm Truck Driver will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Cavendish Farms is looking for Farm Truck Drivers for a period of 6-8 weeks.
Wages:
To be determined per hour for Minimum 40 hours per week
