Job Description:
Involves operating equipment on product line. Must keep the product in spec while still maintain high quality product. Invoices leadership skills. Must be able to keep accurate and legible records. Having a maintenance background is a plus but not essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE–
Responsible to ensure that the product being packaged is in spec and to work with the QA and Granule Operators to make a quality cost effective product
– Check scales and totes weights at the beginning and during the shift
– Responsible for meeting all QA specifications on all finished product; including physical attributes as well as proper labeling for all totes
– Precise note and date keeping
– Responsible for housekeeping and general appearance of agglomerate line and surrounding area
– Check at the start of shift and during product changes that the tote, date code, stickers, etc. are correct for product that they are running
– Practice good safety practices at all times
– Keep Food Service supervisor informed of progress and/or problems
– Complete other responsibilities deemed necessary by supervisor
– Responsible for accurately measuring ingredients and recording traceability information
Wages:
$15.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
