•Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers
•Supervise and oversee growing and other crop related operations
•Develop work schedules and establish procedures
•Monitor orchards for disease and pest issues.
•Keep records of trees, planting blocks and harvested fruit.
•Buy quality seeds and fertilizers to grow the best quality fruit.
•Maintain quality control and production records
•May perform general farm duties
