Job Description:
Management of production and production employees with adherence to health, food safety and quality control. Determine and implement improvements. Meet and exceed production goals to ensure a reliable and efficient process. Organize repairs and routine maintenance. Train, monitor and review performance of staff. Liaise with management staff.
