Terms of Employment
The position of Equipment Operator is a Seasonal Full Time, 40 + hours a week position where wages range from $20 to $25 an hour (based on experience).
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Operating farm equipment for planting, harvesting, irrigation, mowing and/or tilling
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience of at least 2 years in farming equipment, but we will train someone with the right attitude and aptitude. Secondary school diploma or general education degree is required.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Experience driving farm equipment: Combine harvester, Farm truck, Manure spreader, Planting equipment, Tillage equipment, Tractor, Combine harvester, Potato harvester, etc.
· Team player with an ability to participate in cross-functional teams
