Required Skills:
Perform all tasks with safety being the number one priority.
Valid driver’s license of Class 3A or higher (Class 1) and clean driver abstract .
Availability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends.
High degree of attention to detail.
Previous experience working at the farm or hauling bulk product would be an asset.
Able to work well independently and follow safety, quality control, and operating procedures at all times.
Attention to detail is essential.
Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Able to speak, read, and write the English language proficiently.

Reporting to the Farm Manager, the successful candidate will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Benefits:
Bonus: a bonus of up to $300 is available upon completion of the season. It is based on performance, attendance, and safety.
